Schedules
Pick a schedule once.
Every week, 2 weeks, month or 3 months, per site. Each recipient gets their own email, so nobody sees the other addresses.

- Use a server cron and an SMTP plugin for on-time, inbox-friendly delivery
PDF
A two-page PDF, made on your own server.
The headline numbers, highlights, a trend chart, conversions and top pages, so a client can skim it in a minute.
- "Download PDF" on the report screen makes the full, longer version
- Secure PDF links, valid 1 to 90 days, can all be revoked
Data checks
Nothing wrong goes out.
Each scheduled report is checked before sending. If a part failed, the report is held and administrators are told why.
- Or send it anyway, with a clear note about what's missing
- A real zero, like no leads this month, is not treated as an error
- Every send is logged per recipient, with automatic retries
